Hi -
It’s really nice to meet you here.
Element Labs didn’t begin with a business plan.
It began with a shift in how I wanted to live.
Before this brand, I worked in environments driven by speed, numbers, and constant optimization—where progress was measured, tracked, and always pushed forward. Later, I moved into hospitality, where something very different mattered: atmosphere, rhythm, light, color. Small details quietly shaped how people felt in a space, often without them realizing why.
Both worlds taught me the same thing.
Modern life moves fast. And somewhere in that speed, we lose touch with the quieter moments that make a day feel real and present.
I grew up around glass.
In my family, glass wasn’t precious or untouchable—it was practical, handled daily, washed, packed, reused. I saw the work behind it early on: the repetition, the care, the attention to balance and durability. A good glass needed to feel right in your hand because it was meant to be used, not displayed.
Element Labs was created where these experiences meet.
I wanted to design glassware that respects everyday use, while gently bringing color back into modern routines. Not objects that demand attention, but pieces that invite presence—a glass you reach for without thinking, and notice once you do.
We are used to transparent glass.
It disappears into the background. It asks nothing from us.Adding color is a small act, but a meaningful one.
It’s an invitation to feel more—to pause for a second longer, to notice your mood, to choose a glass that matches how the day feels.
Calm. Bright. Grounded. Quiet. Bold.
Nature understands this instinctively.
We respond to color in the sky at dusk, in leaves after rain, in warm earth tones, deep water blues, soft morning light. These colors don’t shout—but they shape how we feel. Our glassware draws from that same language. Not to imitate nature, but to echo it indoors, where most of our lives now unfold.
This brand is about courage in subtle choices.
The courage to show personality quietly.
To be honest about how you feel today.
To let everyday objects reflect that truth.
This Lab Journal is a place to share that process—thoughts, experiments, questions, and progress as the brand grows. Not everything here will be polished. That’s intentional. This is a record of becoming.
You’re also invited into this conversation.
If one day a color resonates with you, or a moment feels worth naming, feel free to write to us through the contact form.
This space isn’t only about purchasing or shopping—it’s a place to be, to reflect, and to experiment with new feelings as they appear. Sometimes simply putting a day into words is enough.
Thank you for being here at the beginning.
I hope these pieces become part of your daily life in ways that feel natural, personal, and quietly meaningful.
Sincerely,
Blair
